Our world-class chefs and food enthusiasts share a passion for great food.

Guided by our Culinary Director & Executive Chef, Matthew Thompson, PCIII, CEC, CCA, our local chefs participate in a Chefs’ Council focused on recipe development, peer collaboration, and enhancing the guest experience through culinary excellence.

Sharing ideas and expertise ensures that our menus always feature new, hand-crafted meals that inspire flavor discovery.

Essential to every meal is the hospitality that goes into it. Our hospitality team members attend the Harvest Table Service Excellence program, an experiential training curriculum inspired by industry leaders such as the Walt Disney Company, Starbucks, and John Maxwell Company.

local wellness initiatives.

Local dietitians and nutritionists work with our national network to provide personal dietary consultations and wellness initiatives within communities. By engaging guests with choices, information, and fun, interactive events, we help them make healthier decisions and establish healthier habits for life.
